Real Estate development is hard work! Especially if you are like me, and too conservative in your underwriting - it is difficult to compete with all the others who are less conservative. I find that real estate investing is an ideal world, where I can use my experience and knowledge to find ideal places to invest and identify the best deals - it’s the best of both worlds without the brain damage!
