Gupta: Hello and welcome. Let’s talk about Operating Systems. So on this video we are going to learn about how you can install Windows inside VMware workstation as well as Kali Linux inside it. So you need to open Google and first of all we need to download both of the operating systems inside our main operating system. So I’m here at Google.com and on Google you can type first of all download Windows, hit Enter. This is the official website Microsoft. So you can click here and open it. So from this website we can download Windows 10 Operating System, but there is no direct link, we need to use this tool to download Windows 10. So first of all we need to download and run this tool inside Windows. So you can click here and click Save File and download this tool inside your operating system and by using that tool, we can download Windows.

So the tool has been downloaded. Now you can run this tool inside your operating system and using that tool, we can download Windows ISO file inside our main OS. So I’ve clicked here and here you can see that it is processing inside our system. So now these are the terms and conditions, read them and you can click Accept and now it will provide you options that if you want to download the ISO file or if you want to create a bootable drive or if you want to upgrade your system. So we just need to wait for these options here. So these are the options available here. Now select the second one. Click Next, hit Next, select the ISO file, click Next and here you can save your Windows Operating System inside any drive. For example, if you select D drive, you can select Windows Operating System and click Save, right.

So here you can see that here it is progressing. When it completes 100% it means that you have successfully downloaded Windows Operating System inside your system. So we just need to wait here and when it becomes 100% means you have downloaded. So here you can see that I have successfully downloaded Windows 10 Operating System inside my main OS, right and similarly we can download Kali Linux Operating System. So to download Kali Linux Operating System you can open the browser. So here in Google you can type download Kali Linux, hit Enter. This is the official website. Click here and open the download page of Kali Linux.

So this is the download page and here we need to find out the VMware version of Kali Linux. So here it is for VMware version 64 bit. Click on the download page and here from this page we can download the Kali Linux. So this is for VMware, this is for VirtualBox. So you can download this one, Kali Linux VM 64 Bit 7z and click here and basically it will provide you the Torrent file, right and using µTorrent software you can convert this Torrent file into zip file. So here you can see that I’ve successfully downloaded this zip file of Kali Linux. Now you can right click here, click Extract Files and you will find this folder here. You can double click here and these all are the files available inside it. So that’s how you can download Windows and Kali Linux inside your operating system.

Now on VMware Workstation how you can install Windows 10 and Kali Linux, I am just showing you that how you can process both of the operating systems. Click on File, click Virtual Machine, select Typical and here you need to browse your operating system, for example Windows 10. Click Next, select the Name, select the size 60 GB. Store virtual in a single file and you can customize hardware you can select Bridge here. Click close and you can Finish here.

So you just need to follow the instructions here and then you can easily install Windows inside VMware workstation. Similarly you can also install Kali Linux inside your system. We have successfully unzipped Kali Linux. So you can double click here, open the files and inside these files in the type, you will find out this configuration file. You can double click here and it will open up like this.

So you can see here that this is Kali Linux, you can click on power on or resume. Click “I copied it” and it will open up inside your operating system. So now here you can see that we have successfully installed Windows 10 and Kali Linux Operating System inside VMware workstation. So here you can see that this is Kali Linux Operating System and here you can see this is Windows 10 Operating System available inside VMware Workstation. So that’s how you can install multiple machines inside VMware.
