Abstract
This chapter focuses on the transformational potential, possible through a coaching engagement. The coaching-client relationship is explored and a real-life coaching scenario is used as the foundation from which to extrapolate key points. There are various concepts, practices and tools introduced and explanations for their purpose and benefits, in addition to, how they were used are described. Suggestions for how to use these tools and plan for a future interaction are provided.
