Zusammenfassung
Unter Mobbing versteht man einen eskalierten Konflikt, bei dem eine Person lang andauerndem, zielgerichtetem, aggressivem und feindseligem Verhalten von Vorgesetzten, Kollegen oder auch von Untergebenen ausgesetzt ist und sich in einer unterlegenen Position befindet. Es kommt oft zu erheblichen gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen. Die Ursachen von Mobbing können in der Organisation, der Arbeitsgruppe, dem Täter oder den Mobbingbetroffenen liegen. Coaching bei Mobbing wird meist bei Mobbingbetroffenen eingesetzt, es kommt aber auch Coaching bei den Tätern in Frage, sowie bei Führungskräften, in deren Verantwortungsbereich Mobbing auftritt.
