Zusammenfassung
Zu unterscheiden sind Geburtsschmerzen von Schmerzen während der Schwangerschaft, die wiederum mit der Schwangerschaft in Zusammenhang stehen können, aber nicht müssen. Mit wenigen Ausnahmen überwinden alle Fremdsubstanzen die Plazentaschranke, sodass der therapeutische Nutzen für die Mutter gegen ein potenzielles Risiko für ihr Kind abgewogen werden muss.
