Mediation in Organisationen gewinnt aufgrund zunehmender Konflikte an Bedeutung. Damit stellt sich die Frage, welche Kompetenzen dies vom Berater erfordert, und vor allem, ob Mediation ein eigenständiges Verfahren ist. Der Autor stellt das Mediationsverfahren in Organisationen kurz vor, um dann an Fallbeispielen sein Konzept der „Patchworkmediation“ zu illustrieren. Dieses Vorgehen ermöglicht es, eine Brücke zwischen Supervision und Mediation zu schlagen.

From supervision to mediation and vice versa

Mediation in organizations becomes more and more important because of increasing conflicts. The question is, which competencies of the counsellor are necessary, and above all, whether mediation is a particular method. The author explains the method of mediation and illustrates his concept of “patchwork-mediation”. This procedure allows to build a bridge between supervision and mediation.
