Abstract
Starting from the central results of coaching research, describing the central coaching effects and their impact factors, the article is to be understood as a plea to consider the coaching culture of an organization. The construct of the coaching culture is described as a question of the attitude of the members of the organization towards coaching itself and as an aspect of the degree of implementation. A process model and possibilities of self-diagnosis of organizational representatives round off the contribution.
