Abstract
Unilateral agenesis of the parotid gland is a rare condition. Although pleomorphic adenomas are the most common benign glandular tumors of the buccal space, to the author’s knowledge unilateral agenesis of the parotid gland associated with pleomorphic adenoma in the ipsilatearal buccal space has not been previously described in the literature. We present here a case of the association of these two conditions.
