Abstract
Methods for the synthesis of ceramic-forming organoelement poly(oligo)mers, metallocarbosilanes and organoelement oxanealuminoxanes, as precursors of components (matrices, coatings, fibers, etc.) for the development of high-temperature, high-strength, and oxidation-resistant nanostructured carbide and oxide ceramic composites are presented.
