System for Studying Specific Features of Attention and Memory

  • Published:
Biomedical Engineering Aims and scope

The system for studying specific features of attention and memory suggested in this work is able to diagnose mental properties of human beings. Special attention is given to concentration, memory volume, selectivity, switching, distribution, stability, and memory accuracy. Unified resistive sensor panel provides formation of stimuli and attention fixation. In addition to modular software, this panel modifies the procedure without hardware modification. A variant of this system intended to solve psychological problems (differential diagnosis of human mental state) is considered as an example.
