Abstract

Modeling of random switching DC/DC converters is presented including derivation of the linear time-invariant nominal model and construction of asymptotic uncertainty bounds, covering both randomness effects in control and parametric circuit uncertainties. Developed random noise spectral formulas, nominal model, and uncertainty bounds of modeling are validated by means of nonlinear simulation and spectral analysis.
