The results of these experiments show that inP. humanus var.corporis three types of families may occur: (a) Female families, (b) Male families, (c) Mixed families, in which there is an indication of some ratio between the numbers of the two sexes.

There is a strong suggestion of the existence of two kinds of females, as well as two kinds of males.

The attached chart gives the pedigree of two families carried through four generations.
