Abstract
The Czechoslovak isolate produced symptoms characteristic for viruses belonging to the rattle group. A virus variant comparable to Köhler's “Wintertyp” appeared to be present. Two predominant particle lengths of 90 and 191 nm were found in purified preparations. The virus reacted with Dutch TRV antiserum.
Abstract
Československý izolát vyvolává na diferenčních hostitelských rostlinách příznaky typické pro virus, náležející do skupiny viru nekrotické kadeřavosti tabáku (VNKT). Vlastnosti izolátu připomínají Köhlerem popsaný “Wintertyp”. Převládají dvě délky částic 90 a 191 nm. Virový preparát reagoval pozitivně s holandským antisérem proti VNKT.
