Zusammenfassung

In einem Zeitraum von 6 Monaten wurden 250 Patienten in einer randomisierten prospektiven Studie wegen eines lumbalen Bandscheibenvorfalls operiert, entweder unter Antibiotikaprophylaxe (125 Patienten) oder unter lokaler Anwendung des Breitbandmikrobizids Betaisodona®. Der {ixsu2}- test nachBrandt undSnedecor ergab einen signifikanten Unterschied auf dem 1%-Niveau.

Summary

Over a period of 6 months 250 patients were operated on prolapse of lumbal disc in a randomized study: with antibiotic prophylaxis (125 patients), with lokal use of the broad spectrum microbicide Betaisodona® (125 patients). The chi-quadrat-value afterBrandt undSnedecor showed a significant difference on the 1%-level.
