Abstract
We report the study of the sliding dynamics of the Wigner crystal on a liquid4He surface, by means of pulsed electric field. A trapezoidal voltage pulse whoseramp rate at the pulse edges exceeds a certain threshold makes the crystal slide from the periodic surface dimples.
