Ultrastructural cytochemistry of peroxidase and acid phosphatase in mice maturing eosinophils

Summary

The peroxidase and acid phosphatase activity in developing mice eosinophils has been demonstrated. Both peroxidase and acid phosphatase are localized in various cellular organelles.
