Mass overload in liquid chromatography, experimental validity of the Haarhoff-Van der Linde treatment

Summary

It is shown that the Haarhoff-Van der Linde treatment can be successfully applied to the description of the elution profile under non-linear non-ideal chromatographic conditions. The results of this treatment are compared to experimental data and the high accuracy of the model is demonstrated in this way.
