Zusammenfassung

Wenn auf der Haut der Maus eine Karzinogenese mit minimalen Dosen eines reinen Initiators und eines reinen Promoters (Co-karzinogen) induziert wird, tritt eine Mastzellreaktion auf. Diese Reaktion erreicht ein Maximum unter den Papillomen. Sie kann durch Applikation eines Antikarzinogens verhindert werden.
