Zusammenfassung
Nach Formaldehydfixation und Vorbehandlung mit dem Carcinogen DMBA oder Äthylphenylpropiolat (das nicht cancerogen oder co-cancerogen wirkt) wird in der Epidermis der Maus eine Tryptophanbedingte blaue Fluoreszenz gefunden. Die gelbe Fluoreszenz in den Mastzellen beruht auf 5-HT.
