Changes in the urinary tract of patients on chronic intermittent haemodialysis programme

Abstract

Detection of pathological changes in the lower urinary tract in patients with chronic renal failure and the possibility of a recurrent urinary infection has particular importance for the treatment via chronic dialysis and especially for kidney transplantation. The authors have examined 35 patients by cystography and cystourethrography and pathological findings have been observed in 7 of them.
