Es wird eine neue, einfache und ausserordentlich empfindliche Bestimmungsmethode für Mengen von 0.2–1 PicomolcAMP beschrieben. Sie verwendet spezifische Bindungsproteine, die durch covalente Verknüpfung mit Sepharose unlöslich gemacht und stabilisiert wurden, und arbeitet nach dem Isotopen-Kompetitionsverfahren.
