Summary
The authors found that breast carcinomas contain 2 groups of antigens not detectable in normal tissue. The groups were extracted and partially purified. One responded to absorbed anti-CEA and the other only to an antibody, produced by immunizing rabbits with human breast carcinoma extract which were unabsorbed and absorbed with control breast tissue.
