Resumen

La fijación con tetroxido de osmio origina una tinción selectiva del nucleolo y citoplasma en células meristemáticas deAllium cepa. Las observaciones efectuadas indican que esta tinción se basa en la reacción éntre el tetroxido de osmio y estructuras que contienen ribonucleoproteínas.
