Abstract

An analysis of a family of equilibrium states is performed which, combined with our previous work, allows to describe all translation invariant equilibrium states of spin 1/2 classical ferromagnetic systems with finite range interactions at low temperatures. A model is described with continuously many equilibrium states for low temperatures.
