A rapid and simplified method of analysis by thin-layer chromatography using microchromatoplates

Summary

A simple procedure is described for thin-layer chromatography on small lantern slides and microscope slides. By using microscope cover slips, analyses of organic mixtures may be completed within three to five minutes.

Zusammenfassung

Ein einfaches Verfahren zur Dünnschichtchromatographie auf kleinen Diapositivplatten und Objektträgern wird beschrieben. Bei Verwendung von Deckgläschen ist es möglich, Analysen organischer Mischungen innerhalb 3 bis 5 Minuten zu Ende zu führen.

Résumé

On décrit un procédé simple de chromatographie en couche mince sur petites plaques diapositives et lames porte-objets. Il est possible d'effectuer l'analyse de mélanges organiques en 3 à 5 minutes, en utilisant de petites lamelles couvre-objets.
