Equations of laminar boundary layer in a two-phase medium

Abstract

The motion of a two-phase medium in which the carrier component has low viscosity is considered. The equations obtained in [1], to which the viscous stress tensor in the fluid is added, are used. The boundary layer method [2] makes it possible to obtain asymptotic equations for the wall region. These equations have different forms depending on the characteristic values of the dimensionless determining parameters.
