Summary

A method is described by which microglia can be impregnated in frozen, gelatin-, paraffin- or celloidin-embedded material, even after fixation in formol or formol-bromide for years.

Eine Methode wird beschrieben, mit deren Hilfe die Mikroglia auch nach vieljähriger Formalin- oder Bromformalinfixierung in Gefrierschnitten sowie nach Gelatin-, Paraffin- oder Celloidineinbettung dargestellt werden kann.
