Summary
A report is given on a case of myasthenia in which two muscle biopsies were carried out at 1 year's interval, these biopsies revealing lymphocytic infiltrates exclusively in the end plates of muscles. The joint occurrence of cell reactions at the sites of disturbed functions, the end plates, raises new problems with regard to the pathogenesis of the myasthenic syndrome.
