Summary
Three cases of spontaneous epidural hematoma are presented with their clinical, anatomical and roentgenographic features and with a review of the literature consisting of 51 cases since condition was first reported by R. Jackson in 1869. The authors emphasize the Brown-Sequard syndrome with epidural lesions and point out the possible etiology of this entity.
Résumé
Trois cas d'hematome epidural spontane sout presentes.
