Improved apparatus for equilibrium dialysis

Abstract

The device can be used for the determination of the binding parameters of interactions between low-molecular ligands and biopolymers. At 20°C equilibrium is reached after a dialysis time of only 2 to 4 h.

Zusammenfassung

Zur Bestimmung der Bindungsparameter von Wechselwirkungen zwischen niedermolekularen Liganden und Biopolymeren wird ein Gleichgewichts-Dialysegerät beschrieben. Der Gleichgewichtszustand wird nach einer Dialysierzeit von 2–4 h bei 20° C erreicht.
