Abstract
Temperature conversion tables for activities of human whole blood and plasma cholinesterases were worked out for the temperature range 10° to 40°C. The tables are intended to be used in routine measurement of cholinesterase activity. Enzyme activity was measured by the method of Ellman et al. (1961), which is widely used for screening exposure to anticholinesterase compounds.
