Summary

After oral application of 3.5 and 1.75 mg/kg Acetoxymethyl-Methyl-nitrosamine to Sprague-Dawley rats twice weekly, more than 80% of the animals developed squamous cell carcinomas of the forestomach after 6 months.

Zusammenfassung

Nach oraler Applikation von Acetoxymethyl-Methyl-Nitrosamin an Sprague-Dawley Ratten in Dosen von 3,5 und 1,75 mg/kg 2 x wöchentlich entstanden nach 6 Monaten in mehr als 80% der Fälle Plattenepithelcarcinome des Vormagens.
