Summary
The administration of AAN during the DMN feeding of adult male Wistar rats reduces the hepatocarcinogenic action of DMN; the number of malignant liver tumors induced decreases 80%.
Zusammenfassung
Die Untersuchung an männlichen Wistar-Ratten zeigt, daß das AAN die cancerogene Wirkung von DMN stark herabsetzt. Die Zahl der Lebertumoren ist von 90% bis auf 10% reduziert.
