Soziale Stressoren und stressbedingte Erkrankungen

Zusammenfassung

Als soziale Stressoren gelten die soziale Benachteiligung aufgrund ausgeprägter Unterschiede der Schichtungsstruktur, die Disparität von Lebenslagen bei großer Einkommensungleichheit sowie die das Alltagsleben erschwerende soziale Desintegration (Makro-Ebene). Ferner zählen hierzu der Mangel an – oder die Krisenanfälligkeit von – engen sozialen Beziehungen sowie der Ausschluss aus – oder die schlechte Qualität von – Arbeit und Beschäftigung (Meso-Ebene). Dadurch erhöhte Risiken stressbedingter Erkrankungen wurden in vielen Studien nachgewiesen und können durch verhältnispräventive Maßnahmen verringert werden.
