Zusammenfassung
Es wird ein anatomischer Ersatz von Ligamentum fibulotalare anterius und Lig. fibulocalcaneare durch ein freies, autologes Semitendinosussehnentransplantat bei schwerer Bandinsuffizienz des Sprunggelenkes beschrieben. Hierfür sind nach Entnahme der Sehne am anteromedialen Tibiakopf 3 kleine Inzisionen über der lateralen Sprunggelenkregion erforderlich. Das Transplantat wird unter direkter Sicht durch 2 fibulare Bohrkanäle geführt, sodass es den anatomischen Verlauf der genannten Bänder genau imitiert. Die Fixation am Talus und am Kalkaneus erfolgt mit je einer Biotenodeseschraube.
