Zusammenfassung
Es wird ein operatives Verfahren zum Ersatz eines osteochondralen Defektes des Talus vorgestellt. Bei diesem Verfahren wird ein Knorpel-Knochen-Zylinder vom ipsilateralen Kniegelenk in den Talus transplantiert. Die Kongruenz des Transplantates im Talus und die Entnahmestelle am Kniegelenk tragen wesentlich zum Erfolg der Operation bei. Durch die minimalen Unterschiede der Zylinder zur Entnahme (Kniegelenk) und Implantation (Talus) des Transplantates kommt es zu einer Press-fit-Verankerung, welche keine zusätzlichen Fixationen erfordert. Die aktuelle Literatur zeigt bei kongruent eingebrachten Transplantaten einen guten klinischen und kernspintomographischen Erfolg dieses Operationsverfahrens mit einer hohen Sportfähigkeit der Patienten.
