Zusammenfassung

Das Kapitel befasst sich mit entzündlichen Hauterkrankungen, die ein überwiegend dermales Entzündungsinfiltrat aufweisen. Hierzu gehören Erkrankungen wie Urtikaria, polymorphe Schwangerschaftsdermatose und polymorphe Lichtdermatose. Bei Sweet Syndrom, Pyoderma gangraenosum, neutrophilen urtikariellen Dermatosen, amikrobiellen pustulären Erkrankungen und anderen neutrophilen Dermatosen handelt es sich um dermatologische Reaktionsmuster, die of internistische Ursachen haben. Dargestellt werden auch neu definierte autoinflammatorische Erkrankungen.
