Zusammenfassung
In der Folge zunehmender internationaler Wirtschaftsverflechtung und Marktglobalisierung steigt in vielen Unternehmen der Bedarf an geeignetem Personal. Gefordert wird der internationale Mitarbeiter, im engeren europäischen Rahmen der Euro-Manager. Dies gilt in besonderem Maße für deutsche Unternehmen, deren Ergebnisse im Vergleich zu denen anderer Länder zu einem hohen Prozentsatz durch Export oder Aktivitäten von Tochterfirmen im Ausland erwirtschaftet werden. Im Hinblick auf die Öffnung des europäischen Marktes 1993 und die rapide Umwandlung der osteuropäischen Volkswirtschaften wird sich dieser Trend in Zukunft noch verstärken. Dabei besteht sowohl Bedarf an qualifizierten Führungskräften, die für Tochterfirmen oder Niederlassungen im Ausland tätig werden können, als auch an Mitarbeitern, die vom Stammhaus aus international agieren.
