Zusammenfassung
Das Tumorlysesyndrom ist eine lebensbedrohliche metabolische Störung, die durch einen rapiden Tumorzellzerfall und Freisetzung von intrazellulärem Inhalt in den Kreislauf verursacht wird. Das Syndrom ist gekennzeichnet durch die Entwicklung von Hyperphosphatämie, Hypokalzämie, Hyperkaliämie, Hyperurikämie und Nierenversagen. Lebensbedrohlich sind vor allem die Entgleisungen des Kalium- und Kalziumhaushaltes, die mit ventrikulärer Herzrhythmusstörung und Tod einhergehen können. Die metabolischen Störungen treten innerhalb von Stunden bis Tagen nach Therapiebeginn auf [1, 2].
