Zusammenfassung
Der Beitrag stellt ein Modell vor, anhand dessen die Akteurskonstellation in einem Reallabor analysiert und geplant werden kann, und das auch für andere transdisziplinäre (und transformative) Kontexte eine Denkhilfe darstellen dürfte, wenn es um die Planung und Reflexion der Projektstruktur geht. In Reallaboren ist, das hat die Erfahrung gezeigt, eine Vielfalt von Akteuren zu unterscheiden, die in vielfältiger Weise und unterschiedlicher Intensität an den verschiedenen Aktivitäten partizipieren. Zugleich bedarf, aufgrund des Eingebettetseins von Reallaboren ‚in die reale Welt‘, die ‚Außengrenze‘ besonderer Aufmerksamkeit. Das vorgestellte Modell berücksichtigt diese Faktoren sowie die Dynamik und Fluktuation, die nicht Ausnahme, sondern Regel sind.
