Abstract
Dieser Artikel identifiziert die zunehmende Ergänzung globaler Lieferketten um vernetzte regionale Lieferketten. Neue Lieferketten, angepasste Planungsparameter sowie bessere technische Möglichkeiten schaffen regionale Wertschöpfungsnetzwerke und somit ein neues Best‐Practice‐Lieferkettenmanagement für eine multipolare, digitalisierte Weltwirtschaft.
Dieser neue Ansatz rückt näher an den Kunden und stellt diesen noch stärker in den Mittelpunkt. Da mithilfe neuer Technologien und Prozesse verschiedene Wettbewerbsvorteile wie kürzere Lead‐Times und höhere Variantenvielfalt zu einem akzeptablen Kosten‐ und Qualitätsniveau zu realisieren sind, erhält das Konzept der kundenzentrierten Lieferkette eine neue Relevanz.
Um von den Wettbewerbsvorteilen einer kundenzentrierten Lieferkette zu profitieren, gilt es zunächst, Herausforderungen im Transformationsprozess zu bewältigen. Daher werden mittels einer Auswertung umfangreicher Sekundärdaten am Beispiel der adidas AG konkrete Lösungsansätze für den Transformationsprozess von einer unflexiblen zu einer kundenzentrierten Lieferkette aufgezeigt.
