Zusammenfassung

Die Ergebnisse aus den toxikologischen Untersuchungen am Tier sind die essentielle Grundlage für die Abschätzung des Anwendungsrisikos von neuen Röntgenkontrastmitteln (RKM) für den Menschen. Die tierexperimentellen toxikologischen Untersuchungen sollen dazu dienen, das Nebenwirkungsspektrum neuer RKM zu beschreiben und die gefundenen Ergebnisse mit denjenigen bereits bekannter Präparate zu vergleichen.
