Zusammenfassung
Sozialer Wandel, Modernisierungsprozesse, soziale Umbrüche und Transformationen vollziehen sich nicht nur in institutionellen Änderungen. Vielmehr setzen institutionelle Änderungen individuelle Einstellungen und Verhaltensweisen voraus und beeinflussen diese. Daher muß auch die Analyse von Transformationsprozessen individuelle Orientierungen und individuelles Handeln sowie deren Grundlagen mit berücksichtigen. Eine wesentliche Grundlage individuellen Handelns ist in der Identität des Handelnden verankert.
