Abstract

Aufgrund der steigenden Risiken der Software-Entwicklung wird es immer notwendiger, eine Risikoanalyse zu Beginn eines Projektes durchzuführen. Dieses Referat beschreibt die Methodik einer solchen Analyse und zitiert die Erfahrung des Texas State Dept. of Informationssysteme. Anschließend wird die Anwendung der Risikoanalyse beim FISKUS-Projekt der Deutschen Oberfinanzdirektion geschildert. Das Fazit ist, es sollten weniger Projekte gemacht werden, um die Verschwendung der Gelder im Informatikbereich zu reduzieren.
