Abstract
With shoulder and neck pain prevalent worldwide and getting younger, yoga as physical therapy can effectively relieve shoulder and neck pain. However, in daily yoga training, the inability to achieve standard movements affects the exercise effect and causes bodily injury. The paper proposes the necessity and significance of monitoring the yoga exercise in place, frequency, intensity time, etc. Through experiments, we provide data reference for the later product design, define the product’s demand point and propose the wearable device’s creation. It can guide the user to perform the correct yoga exercise to relieve shoulder and neck pain and has particular social significance.
