Abstract
The human organism, different from the machine, improves its functions by working. Exercise maintains the flexibility of the joints, improves blood circulation, increases breathing ability, and maintains the strength of muscles necessary to keep the spine in proper position and to maintain the usefulness of all moving parts of the body. Most of all, exercise helps keep the heart in shape.
