Abstract
The thermal design of a Forced air cooling device is studied. The blower is selected through theoretical calculation. Every step of thermal simulation based on 6SigmaET is discussed in detail. According to the result of thermal simulation, a way to remove air path short cut is proposed. The result of solution shows that the optimization for the forced air cooling equipment can improve the cooling performance effectively.
