Abstract
This paper describes two circuit configurations for first-order voltage mode all-pass filter using differential voltage current controlled current conveyor (DV-EXCCCII). To obtain all-pass filter response from both the circuits, single DV-EXCCCII and single capacitor are required. Proposed all-pass filter has electronic tuning capability due to which response can be varied with bias current of the active analog block. No matching of component is required for realization of filter. Non-ideality of the proposed filter is also analyzed, and sensitivities considering these non-idealities are obtained. The results are validated using UMC 180 nm CMOS technology process parameter.
