Abstract

New nanomaterials based SPR structure with WS2 and graphene is presented and analyzed theoretically. Ag–Au bimetallic layer has been used in order to incorporate the features of Ag and Au for higher accuracy and chemical stability respectively. Aqueous sample has been detected with water as reference. Different substrates have been used for achieving the desired performance of optical sensor.
