Summary
Theory on homoeopathy has developed a variety of models trying to explain the retaining of traces of drug molecules in aqueous solutions, as well as to explain the interaction with living systems. Some current promising theories are based on a concept of clustering of solution molecules, either directly or implicitly as a seed of the retaining trace. The fundamental concepts of current knowledge in cluster science is presented with respect to aqueous solutions. The basic ideas of some prominent, related theories, such as clustering, flickering clusters, isotope effect, clathrates, non-local electrodynamic fields and coherent states are outlined and discussed.
